Kwikset™ Layton Lever

The Kwikset™ Layton Lever offers sleek modern design combined with dependable performance, making it an ideal choice for residential and light commercial doors. In addition, it is ANSI/BHMA Grade 3 certified, ensuring long-lasting durability and trusted quality.

For flexible installation, the Kwikset™ Layton Lever fits a 2-1/8″ cross bore with a 1″ edge bore. Additionally, the adjustable 2-3/8″ or 2-3/4″ backset works with standard door preparations. It accommodates doors 1-3/8″ to 1-3/4″ thick, providing versatility for most interior applications.

This non-handed lever works on both left- and right-handed doors, except for the 7000 function. It includes a traditional 5-pin KW1 keyway cylinder, 1″ x 2-1/4″ pin & tumbler faceplates, and round corner or drive-in strikes. The 2-1/4″ full lip lever with 1/2″ throw ensures smooth and secure operation. As a result, the Kwikset™ Layton Lever delivers reliable performance every day.

For accessibility and safety, the Kwikset™ Layton Lever is ADA compliant. Furthermore, the 1000 and 7000 lever functions satisfy ADA 404.1 and 404.2 requirements. It also meets UL 3-hour fire rating standards, making it a dependable option for homes and commercial spaces alike.
