The Accentra Nextouch NTM618-NR Pushbutton Mortise Lock delivers Grade 1 commercial security with a pushbutton keypad, a solid deadbolt, and a key override with an inside thumbturn. As a result, it is an ideal solution for busy commercial doors that require reliable, secure access every day.

First, the lock includes a deadlocking latchbolt that helps prevent forced entry. The lever retracts the latchbolt from either side. However, when the outside lever is locked, only the inside lever will operate. In addition, the deadbolt functions by key on the outside and thumbturn on the inside. When the deadbolt is fully projected, it automatically locks the outside lever to provide extra protection.

Next, the inside lever supports anti-panic operation. With one smooth motion, it retracts both the latchbolt and the deadbolt, while the outside lever remains locked. Therefore, occupants can exit quickly and safely during an emergency. Moreover, the lock is field reversible, UL and ULC listed, and compatible with ACCENTRA® Reflections® decorative levers and finishes. Because of this, installation is simpler, and the door achieves a clean, professional appearance.
