Functions

• F13 Mortise (Standard Keyed Entry): Operates as a traditional keyed entry lock. The exterior key controls both bolts, while the interior lever retracts the latch and deadbolt simultaneously for smooth and secure operation. This function combines safety and convenience, making it ideal for everyday use.
• F20 Mortise (Always Locked): Designed for maximum exterior security, this option keeps the door locked from the outside at all times. However, it includes stop and release buttons on the latch plate for temporary override when needed. The interior lever still retracts both latch and deadbolt effortlessly for easy exit.
• Dummy Function: Serves as a non-operational but decorative companion to the active door. Perfect for double or French doors, this function maintains visual balance while completing the elegant look of your entryway.

Each function includes UL 180-minute fire rating, a forged deadbolt with anti-saw inserts, anti-pick latches, anti-friction triggers, and a deadlocking latch bolt, all designed to enhance performance and security.
