The Emtek Richmond Handleset captures the refined elegance of historic architecture while offering the strength and convenience of modern craftsmanship. Inspired by Richmond’s classical style, it delivers a perfect balance of tradition and function, making it an ideal centerpiece for any entryway.

Available Functions:

• Single Cylinder Keyed: Includes an exterior keyway and an interior thumb turn for simple locking and unlocking. Designed for tubular doors and often paired with a dummy set to achieve symmetry on double entry doors.
• Double Cylinder Keyed: Features keyways on both sides, requiring a key for entry and exit. This setup enhances security, especially on doors with glass inserts.
• Dummy: A decorative, non-latching option that mounts on the door surface. Commonly paired with an active entry set for double or French doors, it serves as a jamb with a strikeplate.
• Smart Lock Single Cylinder (EMP2): Converts any Emtek deadbolt, sideplate, or entry set into a smart lock accessible via the Yale Access app. The front retains a traditional appearance, while the interior houses the EMPowered™ smart lock unit.

• 5-1/2” center-to-center tubular door prep for straightforward installation
• Fits 1-3/4” thick doors; EMPowered™ 2 fits up to 2-1/4”
• Standard 2-1/8” door prep and 2-3/8” latch backset (2-3/4” optional)
• Latches include square corner strike and face plates; radius corners available
• 28° rotation latch not compatible with tubular entrance handlesets
• Handing required if lever or interconnect device is used
• Optional interconnect device (not available for Double Cylinder or EMPowered™ models)
• Compatible with Weiser® (WR5) and Schlage C keyways; can match existing systems
• Sold as a complete set with latch and strike plate
