• F13 Mortise (Standard Keyed Lock): Functions as a traditional keyed entry lock, where the exterior key operates both bolts, while the interior lever retracts the latch and deadbolt at once for convenience and safety.
• F20 Mortise (Always Locked): Designed for maximum exterior security, this function keeps the door locked from the outside. However, it includes a release button on the latch plate to temporarily override the lock when needed.
• Dummy Function: A decorative yet essential option for double or French doors, the dummy set complements the active side while maintaining visual symmetry and style.
