Emtek Rectangular Sectional Mortise

The Emtek Rectangular Sectional Mortise blends contemporary rectangular styling with the rustic character of Sandcast Bronze. Designed for flexibility, it is available in F13, F20, and Dummy functions to suit both active and inactive door applications.

Functions

• F13 Mortise: Standard keyed entry function. The key operates both bolts, and the inside lever retracts latch and deadbolt simultaneously.
• F20 Mortise: Always locked from the outside with a temporary override mechanism. Includes stop and release buttons for control and convenience.
• Dummy Function: For inactive or decorative doors with the same dimensions as active sets. Often used as matching trim or a jamb set for double doors.
