The Emtek Rectangular Monolithic Mortise combines contemporary elegance with exceptional durability. Crafted from Sandcast Bronze, this entry set offers a refined rectangular design with subtle beveled edges and a decorative key cylinder flap. As a result, it perfectly balances rustic texture with modern precision. Moreover, its solid construction ensures long-term performance, making it ideal for both classic and modern doors.

Designed for versatility, this mortise set can be ordered with any Sandcast Bronze knob or lever for the interior trim. Each set is sold complete, including the latch and strike plate, and fits 2-1/2″ or 2-3/4″ backsets. Therefore, installation is straightforward and compatible with standard mortise door prep ANSI A115.1.

Functions

• F13 Mortise – Operates as a standard keyed lock. The key on the outside operates both bolts, while the inside lever retracts the latch and deadbolt simultaneously. Additionally, it features a UL180-minute fire rating, a forged deadbolt latch with anti-saw inserts, an anti-friction latch trigger, and a deadlocking latch bolt for reliable protection.
• F20 Mortise – The key outside operates both bolts and remains locked from the exterior. However, it includes a temporary override button on the latch plate and a stop/release mechanism for convenience. Like the F13, it also offers a UL180-minute fire rating and heavy-duty construction.
• Dummy Function – Designed for inactive or decorative doors, dummy sets have no latch but maintain a full mortise appearance. They are often paired with active F13 or F20 sets on double or French doors, ensuring a cohesive look throughout.
