This mortise set can be ordered with any Sandcast Bronze knob or lever for the inside trim. It is sold as a complete set, including the latch and strike plate, and fits 2-1/2″ or 2-3/4″ backsets. Additionally, it is designed for standard mortise door prep ANSI A115.1 and features a Schlage C keyway for dependable security.

Functions

• F13 Mortise Function – Operates as a standard keyed lock. The key on the exterior operates both bolts, while the inside lever retracts the latch and deadbolt at once. It includes a UL 180-minute fire rating, heavy-duty lock body, forged deadbolt latch with anti-saw inserts, and an anti-friction latch trigger for lasting performance.
• F20 Mortise Function – The exterior key operates both bolts, and the lock remains secured from the outside. However, it features a temporary override mechanism, allowing momentary access. To reset, use the stop button or project the deadbolt. Like the F13, it offers UL 180-minute fire protection and a forged deadbolt with anti-saw inserts for advanced security.
• Dummy Function – Ideal for inactive or decorative doors, dummy sets have no latch but maintain a matching appearance with active mortise sets. Often paired with F13 or F20 locks for double or French doors, it serves as a complementary design piece while maintaining consistent aesthetics.
