Emtek Mormont Mortise

The Emtek Mormont Mortise blends modern styling with exceptional functionality. Built from solid brass, it delivers strength and durability while maintaining a sleek, minimal look. Inspired by Emtek’s Davos Entry Set and Modern Keyed Sideplates, it offers a coordinated appearance across contemporary interiors. In addition, its precision mortise lock body ensures reliable performance and superior security.

FUNCTIONS
  • F13 MORTISE – Operates as a standard keyed lock. The key from outside controls both bolts, while the inside lever retracts the latch and deadbolt simultaneously. This version includes a heavy-duty UL Listed lock body with a 180-minute fire rating, forged deadbolt latch with anti-saw inserts, and an anti-friction latch trigger for smoother operation.
  • F20 MORTISE – The key from outside operates both bolts, and the inside lever retracts the latch and deadbolt at once. It stays locked from the exterior but provides temporary access through a release button on the latch plate. Moreover, it features a heavy-duty lock body, anti-saw inserts, and a deadlocking latch bolt with a stop-and-release function.
  • MORTISE DUMMY – This non-functioning version has no latch but still requires a bore hole. It is used with active mortise sets on double or French doors, serving as the stationary side with a strikeplate for the working door’s latch.
