Available in both entry and dummy configurations, the Melrose can be paired with any Emtek brass knob or lever for the interior trim. Each complete set includes a latch, strike plate, and all necessary mounting hardware for easy installation.
Functions
- F13 Mortise – Operates as a standard keyed lock. The exterior key operates both latch and deadbolt, while the interior lever retracts both simultaneously for convenient and secure entry.
- F20 Mortise – Always locked from the outside, featuring stop and release buttons that allow temporary override when needed for added security and convenience.
- Mortise Dummy – Decorative, non-functional trim ideal for double or French doors, providing a cohesive appearance alongside active sets.
