Emtek Manhattan Mortise

The Emtek Manhattan Mortise combines modern precision with timeless design. With its clean lines and bold rectangular form, it delivers both style and strength for contemporary or transitional doors. Crafted from solid brass, this mortise entry set ensures reliable performance, smooth operation, and lasting security.

Available in both entry and dummy configurations, the Manhattan can be paired with any Emtek brass knob or lever for the interior trim. Each set comes complete with a latch, strike plate, and all necessary mounting hardware for straightforward installation.

Functions
  • F13 Mortise – Operates as a standard keyed lock. The exterior key controls both latch and deadbolt, while the interior lever retracts both simultaneously for smooth and secure access.
    F20 Mortise – Always locked from the outside, featuring stop and release buttons that allow temporary override when needed for added convenience.
    Mortise Dummy – A decorative, non-functional trim ideal for double or French doors, providing a cohesive look with active sets.
