Description

Emtek Longmont Mortise Collection

The Emtek Longmont Mortise Collection combines timeless craftsmanship with reliable security. Made from solid Sandcast Bronze, it offers both durability and style. You can pair it with any Sandcast Bronze knob or lever for the interior trim to create a coordinated, elegant finish.

Over time, the bronze develops a rich patina that highlights its natural character. This “living finish” celebrates use and age, adding warmth and authenticity to every door. Inspired by the artistry of the Bronze Age, this collection reflects both history and innovation.

Functions
  • F13 Mortise – Functions as a standard keyed lock. The key on the outside operates both latch and deadbolt, while the inside lever retracts both simultaneously. It features a UL180-minute fire rating, a forged deadbolt with anti-saw inserts, an anti-friction latch trigger, and a deadlocking latch bolt.
  • F20 Mortise – Always locked from the outside for added security. It includes a mechanism to temporarily override the outside lock and has stop and release buttons for easy operation. Built with a heavy-duty lock body, anti-pick security latches, and forged components, it ensures long-term performance.
  • Mortise Dummy – Designed for decorative use or paired with active mortise sets on double or French doors. It acts as a jamb with a strike plate for the other door’s latch, offering visual balance without latch operation.
Key Specifications
  • Sold as a complete set including latch, strike plate, and mounting hardware.
  • Available backsets: 2-1/2″ or 2-3/4″.
