FUNCTIONS

• F13 MORTISE – Operates as a standard keyed lock. The key from outside operates both bolts, while the inside lever retracts the latch and deadbolt simultaneously. Built with a heavy-duty lock body, UL180-minute fire rating, forged deadbolt latch with anti-saw inserts, and anti-friction latch trigger.
• F20 MORTISE – Key outside operates both bolts, and the inside lever retracts latch and deadbolt simultaneously. Always locked from outside with a temporary override feature using a release button on the latch plate. Includes heavy-duty lock body, anti-saw inserts, and deadlocking latch bolt.
• MORTISE DUMMY – Dummy sets have no latch but require a bore hole. Used with an active mortise set for double or French doors, acting as a jamb with a strikeplate for the other door’s latch.
