Functions

• F13 Mortise – Operates as a standard keyed lock. The exterior key controls both latch and deadbolt, while the interior lever retracts both simultaneously for secure and convenient operation.
• F20 Mortise – Always locked from the outside, featuring stop and release buttons that allow temporary override when needed for added flexibility and safety.
• Mortise Dummy – Decorative, non-functional trim ideal for double or French doors, providing a unified look with active sets.
