Description

Emtek Entrance Locksets Brass – Mormont Mortise

The Emtek Mormont Mortise Entrance Lockset blends timeless brass craftsmanship with modern functionality, creating a durable and stylish choice for any entryway. Designed to deliver both refined aesthetics and reliable security, this mortise lockset offers superior performance compared to standard tubular locks like the Davos Entry Set or Modern Keyed Sideplates.

Built from solid brass, the Mormont Mortise ensures long-lasting durability and smooth operation, making it a premium choice for both contemporary and transitional doors.

Functions

• F13 Mortise (Active Entry Set)
This function allows both the key on the exterior and the lever on the interior to retract the latch and deadbolt simultaneously. It features a heavy-duty mortise lock body, UL 180-minute fire rating, and a forged deadbolt latch with anti-saw inserts for enhanced security.

• F20 Mortise (Active Entry Set)
Always locked from the outside, this function uses a key to operate both bolts. It includes a stop and release button for temporary override, as well as an anti-friction latch trigger and forged deadbolt with anti-saw protection.

• Dummy Mortise (Inactive Function)
Designed purely for aesthetics, the dummy set is ideal for double or French doors. It does not contain any latch or locking mechanism but mirrors the appearance of the active set for a uniform, elegant look.
