Functions

• F20 Mortise (Entry Function)
Perfect for exterior entry doors, this function provides maximum security and control. The key outside operates both latch and deadbolt, while the inside lever retracts both simultaneously. Moreover, it remains locked from the outside by default but includes stop and release buttons for temporary override and convenience.

• F13 Mortise (Privacy/Passage Function)
Ideal for interior or connecting doors, the F13 operates as a standard keyed or non-keyed lock. The inside lever retracts the latch and deadbolt at once, ensuring smooth function. In addition, its heavy-duty mortise lock body carries a UL180-minute fire rating for added safety and reliability.

• Dummy Function
For design consistency, the Dummy set replicates the style of active mortise sets but remains non-operational. It is typically used on inactive or double doors and requires a bore hole for dummy entry configurations. As a result, it complements the active hardware to create a uniform, elegant appearance throughout the space.
