The Accentra UB-4706LN UB-Hudson Service Station Lever delivers reliable access control for service station and utility doors, combining security with smooth, dependable operation. Built for high-traffic commercial environments, this Grade 1 lever lock ensures long-lasting durability while allowing safe and easy exit at all times.
Either lever retracts the deadlocking latchbolt, while the inside pushbutton locks the outside lever for controlled entry. The pushbutton automatically releases when the inside lever is turned, the door closes, or the outside lever is rotated with a key. Users can also keep the outside lever locked by rotating the slotted pushbutton 90° clockwise, while the inside lever remains active. The free-wheeling lever design protects the lock from forced rotation damage, ensuring reliable performance even under heavy use.
