Accentra 8862FL Bathroom Mortise Lock

The Accentra 8862FL bathroom mortise lock provides secure privacy for bedrooms, bathrooms, and other private spaces without keyed access. From the start, the latchbolt retracts easily from either side using the knob or lever, except when the inside thumbturn locks the outside knob or lever. As a result, it delivers controlled privacy while still allowing safe and convenient access when needed.

In addition, turning the inside knob or lever automatically retracts the latchbolt and unlocks the outside knob or lever, ensuring smooth operation. For emergencies, users can unlock the outside knob with the supplied E203 key. Moreover, the lock automatically unlocks when the door closes, which enhances both safety and convenience. Because of these features, the 8862FL performs reliably in residential-style and commercial spaces where privacy and security matter.
