The Accentra 8834FL all purpose mortise lock provides secure and flexible access for classrooms, offices, utility rooms, and storage areas. First, users retract the latchbolt by key from the outside or by turning the inside knob or lever for smooth entry and exit.

In addition, the latchbolt can be held in the retracted position using the inside thumbturn cylinder, while the lock has no outside knob or lever, ensuring controlled access. Moreover, the deadlocking latchbolt resists forced entry, offering reliable security for commercial and institutional doors. Overall, this all purpose mortise lock delivers strength, convenience, and long-lasting performance, even without UL listing.
