Accentra 5491LN Fail Secure Electrified Lever
The Accentra 5491LN Fail Secure Electrified Lever delivers steady, power-controlled security for commercial and institutional doors. It uses a deadlocking latchbolt that works from either lever, yet when power is off, the outside lever locks to keep the door secure. When power returns, the outside lever unlocks for normal entry, while the inside lever stays free at all times to allow quick and safe exit. In addition, the latchbolt can be retracted by key when power is off, giving you simple manual control whenever needed.

- Cylinder Override (Complete Lockset): Includes a mechanical key cylinder for backup manual access in addition to electronic operation.
- Lockbodies (Lockbody-Only Version): Includes only the internal locking mechanism without cylinder or external hardware; requires compatible power and access control.
