Accentra 5481LN Fail Secure Electrified Lever

The Accentra 5481LN Fail Secure Electrified Lever provides controlled, power-driven security for commercial and institutional doors. It features a deadlocking latchbolt operated by either lever, except when power is off and the outside lever locks for added protection. When power is restored, the outside lever unlocks to allow normal entry, while the inside lever stays free at all times for safe and immediate exit. Designed for high-use environments, this electrified lever supports dependable performance where secure access is essential.
