The Accentra 5303LN Patio Lever is designed for patio and secondary exit doors where controlled entry and convenient privacy are needed. It features a deadlocking latchbolt for added security and allows either lever to operate the latch unless the inside pushbutton locks the outside lever. The lock automatically releases when the inside lever is turned or the door is closed, ensuring smooth operation and preventing accidental lockouts. The inside lever always remains active for quick and safe egress, while the free-wheeling mechanism helps resist forced entry and vandalism.
