The Pemko 2005_V Latching Panic Threshold is a 5″ x 1/2″ saddle threshold made for doors with surface-applied vertical rod exit devices. It allows 3/8″ door clearance and, at the same time, works as a door stop and bottom seal. In addition, the Eco-V insert helps reduce air leaks and improve door sealing.

Unlike standard vinyl inserts, the Eco-V material is bio-based and contains no phthalates or heavy metals. As a result, it is safer and more eco-friendly. It also meets Pemko gasketing standards for compression and strength, so it delivers reliable, energy-saving performance.
