The Pemko 2005_T Latching Panic Threshold is designed to improve door sealing and performance in commercial buildings. This 5″ x 1/2″ threshold works with surface-applied vertical rod exit devices and allows for 3/8″ door clearance. In addition, it acts as both a door stop and a bottom seal, helping protect against sound, air leaks, wind, and debris. The built-in ThermoSeal insert creates a tight seal while still allowing smooth door operation.

Because of its strong saddle design, the Pemko 2005_T Latching Panic Threshold is ideal for high-traffic doors. It is sound tested for better noise control and is also fire rated for added safety. Furthermore, it meets ADA requirements, making it suitable for accessible doorways.
