A rigid PVC insert with an extended flange ensures a secure fit in the kerf without nails or adhesives. Therefore, installation is fast and simple, while the extended flange provides full coverage for a clean, professional finish.

For optimal performance, the space between the door face and the stop should be 5/16″ minimum and 1/2″ maximum. This gap allows the foam to compress properly, ensuring an effective seal against air and noise.
