Accentra 6160ED Concealed Vertical Rod Exit Device

The Accentra 6160ED Concealed Vertical Rod Exit Device delivers safe and dependable egress for commercial openings. Specifically, it supports wide stile and flush doors up to 10′ and allows either one- or two-point latching. In addition, the optional Less Bottom Rod (LBR) configuration includes a heat-activated door bolt to maintain fire compliance when the bottom rod is removed.

Key Features:

• Concealed vertical rod design, ideal for wide stile and flush doors
• Handed unit; however, it is field reversible for easier setup
• Mortised top strike, which improves alignment and strength
• Optional LBR configuration, including a thermal pin for fire-rated use
• Smooth latching system, with an auto-deadlatching Pullman bolt on top and a bottom deadbolt that stays retracted during door swing
• Hex key dogging, supplied standard on panic devices, with optional cylinder dogging

• Single swing doors, as well as paired doors with removable mullions
• Wide stile aluminum, metal, wood, or composite doors
